Mindful Mondays Update

After World Mental Health Day, OLA students began participating in Mindful Mondays once a month in their classrooms. They began with guided meditations and body scans. The goal of both methods of relaxation is to relieve stress and anxiety and to achieve mental, emotional and physical well-being. Generosity From the OLA Community

The St. Vincent de Paul Pyjama Drive was a huge success. The Luke 4:18 members worked hard to sort, organize and load the truck with the very generous St. Vincent de Paul donations from many families.  Thank you for helping to make someone’s Christmas a little brighter this year.  Your pyjama donations and gift cards were appreciated.
